Stop being the glue that holds your business together.

Everwake builds the systems that carry the follow-up and the busywork, then runs them for you. You do less of the daily pushing, and you see more of what is actually happening.

Sound familiar?

A week in an owner-run business

  1. A lead comes in while you're on a job, and by the time you call back they've hired someone else.
  2. You send the same reminder every week because nobody else will.
  3. Your team texts you questions that are already written down somewhere.
  4. You copy the same information from one tool into another by hand.
  5. Marketing happens at 9pm, when it happens at all.
  6. You do good work, and almost nobody outside your current customers knows it.

If a few of these sound like your week, you're the glue. That is the one thing we fix.

What we build

Where you're the glue, and what we build instead

Five places an owner ends up holding everything together. We can start with any one of them.

01

You are the follow-up

The pain
New leads wait hours for a reply, and old ones never hear from you again.
What's really going on
Follow-up only happens when you remember it, and you're busy doing the actual work.
What we build
One place for every lead and customer. New leads get a reply in seconds, missed calls get a text back, and follow-up keeps going until they answer or say no.
02

You are the reminder system

The pain
You chase paperwork and send the same updates every week.
What's really going on
The steps live in your head, so they only happen when you push them.
What we build
We write the process down with you, then build it so it runs without you pushing. Documents come in through a secure upload, customers get status updates, and the next step starts when the last one finishes.
03

You are the answer desk

The pain
Your team asks you the same questions all day.
What's really going on
What your business knows is spread across documents, inboxes and your memory.
What we build
An assistant your team can text. It answers from your own processes and documents, and it pings you when something needs a decision. Sensitive customer information stays sealed off from the chat.
04

You are the copy and paste

The pain
You pay for five tools and still move information between them by hand.
What's really going on
Off-the-shelf software rarely fits how you work, and the tools don't talk to each other.
What we build
We connect the tools you already pay for. When the thing you need doesn't exist, we build it. That could be a dashboard, a calculator for your website, a customer portal or a pass your customers keep in their phone wallet.
05

You are the marketing department

The pain
Marketing gets whatever time is left, which is usually none.
What's really going on
Getting found takes steady work in a lot of places, and nobody owns it.
What we build
  • Getting found. A website built to turn visitors into inquiries, search work, local listings, and tracking for whether you show up when people ask ChatGPT or Google's AI answers for a business like yours.
  • Ads you can measure. Ads and landing pages, wired so you can see which ones turn into customers.
  • Press. We watch for journalist requests that match what you know and draft the pitch. You approve it before anything is sent.
  • Content and outreach. Research on what is working in your space, scheduled posting, comment replies, and outreach to creators and partners. We build and run the system. We don't film or edit.

Less pushing, more seeing

You stay in charge

Handing work to a system only helps if you can see what it is doing. So every system we build follows the same rules.

  • You decide what waits for your yes.You choose what runs without you. Anything that can't be undone waits for you. That includes money, deleted records and messages that aren't routine.
  • Everything is logged. You can see what happened and when.
  • It gets its own login. Each system has only the access the job needs, and it never uses your master password.
  • It only touches what the task needs. If a job doesn't need a piece of customer information, the system never sees it.
  • There are limits and an off switch. We cap how much a system can send or spend, and one switch stops all of it.
  • We test before it goes live.Nothing touches a real customer until it has been run in a safe copy first.
  • You get it in writing.A one-page summary of what the system can and can't do, and an automatic report of what it did.

Some of what we build uses AI. It works inside these same rules, like everything else.

How it works

Four steps, one person the whole way

  1. We look under the hood. You walk us through where things get stuck and which tools you use. You drive, we watch and ask questions.
  2. You get a plan in writing. It says what we'd build first, how long it should take and the quote. We start with the place you're losing the most.
  3. We build it and test it.You see it working before it goes anywhere near a customer.
  4. We run it and keep improving it.When something breaks, we fix it. You talk to the same person the whole way through.

No fine print

The terms, in plain words

  • A written quote before any work starts. It depends on how many systems you need, how many tools they connect to and how much has to be built from scratch.
  • Month to month. There is no long contract and nothing renews on you without asking.
  • What's yours stays yours.Your customers, your data and your accounts are always yours.
  • Rent the system or buy it.If you rent, we host it, run it and keep it updated. If you buy, it is yours outright. Which one you chose is in writing before we start.
  • Leaving is simple. If you rent and decide to stop, the system turns off and your data goes with you.
  • No surprise charges.Anything outside the quote gets its own written quote first.

Who we work with

Owner-run businesses, in any industry

The problem looks the same almost everywhere, and the systems behind it are close cousins. These are the industries we know.

  • Lending and real estate
  • Home services
  • Credit and consumer finance
  • Online stores and resale
  • Coaching and online education
  • Creators and media
  • Sales teams and call centers
  • Healthcare and pharma sales

We're a good fit if

  • You run the business yourself or with a small team.
  • You already have customers, and the work around them is piling up.
  • You want someone to build it and keep running it.
  • You work in a regulated industry and need it done carefully.

We're probably not a fit if

  • You want a tool to set up and manage yourself.
  • You need someone to film, edit or create your content.
  • You want a guarantee of rankings, press coverage or revenue. Nobody can honestly promise those.
  • You need outside security testing. We'll point you to someone who does that.

Who's behind it

Hey, I'm Brandon!

I run Everwake from Spokane, Washington, and I work with businesses anywhere.

I started out as a chemist working on cancer drug development, which is where I learned to document everything and test before trusting a result. In 2020 I started an agency called Fluidic Media and spent two years building follow-up systems, automations and websites for small businesses. After that I worked in pharmaceutical sales, and most recently I built the systems behind a mortgage brokerage. Both of those taught me how to work inside real rules about what you can say and what you do with customer information.

So with that being said, I kept seeing the same thing in every business I worked with. The owner was holding everything together by hand, and the business could only grow as fast as they could keep up. I would love to hear where that is happening in yours.

When you email Everwake, you get me.

Best,
Brandon Mozzone

Questions people ask

Straight answers

Do I need to be techy?

No. You tell us how your business runs in your own words, and we handle the tools.

Do I have to switch the tools I use now?

Usually not. We start with what you already pay for and connect it. If one of your tools is holding you back, we'll tell you and explain why before anything changes.

Is this AI?

Some of it, yes. A lot of what we build is plain automation that follows steps you approved. AI comes in where it helps, like drafting a reply or answering a question from your own documents. It follows the same rules as everything else we build, and you approve anything that matters.

Who owns what you build?

Your customers, your data and your accounts are always yours. The system can be rented or bought, and which one you chose is in writing before we start.

How fast can this happen?

It depends on the size of the job. A single system is usually a matter of weeks. You'll get a timeline in writing with your quote.

Can you work with my industry?

Most likely. The systems are similar from one business to the next, and we're comfortable in regulated industries. If we're not the right fit, we'll say so on the first conversation.

What happens if something breaks?

We run what we build, so fixing it is our job. You email the same person who built it.
